In the fall of 2023, Grayson Reinwald, of Grayson Metal in Deep River, completed a restoration of the original stone post and iron bar fence surrounding the two oldest sections of Duck River Cemetery. The restoration project involved repairing and reinforcing the broken iron bars and applying a fresh coat of paint to preserve the fence’s structuralal and aesthetic integrity.
